At Gemmateva & Co, we value your satisfaction. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a Love It or Money Back return policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Returns
You can return any item within 14 days of receiving it. For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must remain in unused and original condition.
- The product should be in its original packaging, with all tags, certificates, and documentation intact.
- Watches: Removal of the protective sticker on watches voids the return policy, including all custom watches.
Free Returns
We offer free returns on all products within the eligible return period. To initiate a return, please contact us at gemmateva.contact@gmail.com. We will send you detailed return instructions, including a return label.
International Orders
For orders shipped internationally, please note:
- VAT is applied to local orders only.
- Import taxes, customs duties, and fees may apply based on the destination country’s laws. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- The buyer is responsible for understanding their country’s import laws, regulations, and restrictions. By placing an international order, the buyer agrees to take responsibility for these charges.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will be notified once the refund has been completed.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or refund unless defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at gemmateva.contact@gmail.com. Provide photos of the defect/damage along with your order details, and we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
Cancellation Policy
