Loose Gemstones

Eligible for return only if:

They are in their exact original shape, size, and condition.

No extra blemishes, cracks, or damage beyond what was originally sold.

They are unmounted and unaltered.

Custom-cut loose gemstones are final sale.

  1. 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  2. Must be unused, in original condition, and in its packaging.

  3. Custom jewelry (made-to-order or modified pieces) is final sale.
